To the first count contained in plaintiffs’ amended complaint, the trial court sustained a general demurrer and at the same time denied the plaintiffs the right to amend. From the judgment entered thereon the plaintiffs have appealed.

In the count to which the demurrer was sustained the plaintiffs alleged that the defendant is the husband of Margaret Bevilockway; that on January 25, 1933, the plaintiff H. A.
