Plaintiff Andrew DiJoseph (“DiJoseph”) brings this motion for reconsideration (“Motion for Reconsideration”) of the judgment I entered in favor of defendant police officers Deborah Mattiacci and George Hairston, Philadelphia Police Commissioner Richard Neal, and the City of Philadelphia in DiJoseph v.
