This suit under the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 201 et seq., was originally filed in the Circuit Court for Brown County, Wisconsin, on October 28, 1985. Plaintiff Paula Jacobson claims that she was paid less than the minimum wage and that she is entitled to overtime pay for work performed while employed by the defendant as a tour guide from February 1, 1980 through February 28, 1985.
