I. INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff Frank Iulianelli commenced this action in Macomb County Circuit Court, State of Michigan on October 10, 2000, asserting a single count of wrongful discharge in violation of an alleged just cause provision in Plaintiffs contract with his employer, Defendant Lionel Trains, Inc.
