Defendant appeals from an order denying its motion in the alternative for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or a new trial.

The action ivas brought for the conversion of a Graham-Paige automobile, of which plaintiff claimed ownership. About October 3, 1928, plaintiff, then the Avife of A. Saunders, owned a Hudson car, registered in her name.
