This appeal is from an order of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Puerto Rico (the “bankruptcy court”) entered in Angel F. San Miguel Sandoval’s (the “Debtor”) chapter 13 bankruptcy case on April 19, 2004. In that order, the bankruptcy court denied a motion to reconsider filed by creditors Hector Davila Torres and Neriana Vicenty Cardo-na, husband and wife, and their conjugal partnership 1 (collectively, the “Creditors”; individually, “Davila Torres” or “Vicenty Cardona”).
