PhotoMedex, Inc. appeals the district court’s dismissal of its Lanham Act and California state law misappropriation of trade secrets, unfair competition, and false advertising counterclaims against Dean Stewart Irwin and Ra Medical Systems, Inc. (collectively “Ra Medical”).
