OPINION ON MOTION FOR REHEARING

On August 14, 2002, this court delivered its opinion and order conditionally granting the writ of mandamus sought by the State. In re State, No. 12-02-00161-CV, 2002 WL 1900069 (Tex.App.-Tyler August 14, 2002, orig. proceeding). On August 20, 2002, the trial court amended its prior order as directed. Thereafter, on August 27, 2002, the State filed a motion for rehearing calling our attention to certain other language in the trial court’s original order that was not addressed in our August 14 opinion.
