ORDER

YOCK, Judge.

This case is before the Court on defendant’s motion to dismiss the complaint for lack of jurisdiction. Defendant’s motion is based on the contention that the complaint was filed after the expiration of the statute of limitations. Plaintiff opposes defendant’s motion to dismiss and has filed his own motion for correction of the filing date of the complaint. For the reasons set forth herein, defendant’s motion is denied, and *380plaintiff’s motion for a corrected filing date is granted.
