Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Schenectady County (Eidens, J.), rendered September 11, 2002, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of grand larceny in the third degree.

In satisfaction of a four-count indictment charging two counts each of scheme to defraud in the first degree and grand larceny in the third degree, defendant pleaded guilty to one count of grand larceny in the third degree in exchange for a promised prison sentence of 1 to 3 years.
