Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Saratoga County (Seibert, Jr., J.), rendered August 16, 1996, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of grand larceny in the second degree.

In satisfaction of a 13-count indictment charging him with various theft-related crimes, defendant pleaded guilty to the crime of grand larceny in the second degree without agreeing to a specific sentence.
