Before the court are Defendants’ Motion To Transfer Venue (“Mot.”) and Brief In Support Of Motion To Transfer Venue (“Defs.’ Br.”), filed on May 10, 1999. On May 24, 1999, Plaintiff filed his Response And Opposition To Defendants’ Motion To Transfer Venue (“Pl.’s Resp.”).
