{¶ 1} Respondent, John Wesche Hauck of Milford, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0023153, was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 1978. On July 7, 2011, we suspended Hauck for 12 months with 6 months stayed on conditions for failing to maintain client funds in an interest-bearing trust account separate from his own funds, failing to maintain adequate records of client funds in his possession, failing to notify his clients that he did not carry malpractice insurance, and engaging in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation.
