AVCO Corporation, Lycoming Division (petitioner) appeals an order of the Unemployment Compensation *318Board of Review (Board) awarding benefits to Paul D. Batkowski, a token claimant representing members of the United Auto Workers AFL-CIO Local 787 employed by petitioner.
