Hussey Copper Ltd. (Employer) appeals from a decision of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) finding that Ingrid Williams (Claimant) was eligible for unemployment compensation benefits under Section 402(b) of the Unemployment Compensation Law (Law) 1 because she left her employment for a necessitous and compelling reason.
