Christopher Fields appeals the grant of the Missouri Board of Probation and Parole's motion for judgment on the pleadings in his declaratory judgment action, *14which sought a declaration that the Board improperly determined that Fields was required to serve a minimum of 85% of his nine-year sentence for involuntary manslaughter before becoming eligible for parole.
