THIS CAUSE is before the Court upon the plaintiff’s Motion for Summary Judgment, filed on September 19,1994. Pursuant to Court request, the debtor defendant filed a response on September 27, 1994. The plaintiff seeks to have a debt held nondis-ehargeable, pursuant to Bankruptcy Code section 523(a)(6), on the grounds that the debtor defendant wilfully and maliciously injured her.
