MEMORANDUM & ORDER
SUSAN WEBBER WRIGHT, District Judge.
Reuben and Sandra Eldridge appeal the judgment entered by United States Bankruptcy Judge Mary Davies Scott finding that any debt or claim owed by debtor Jerry Waugh to the Eldridges was dischargeable under 11 U.S.C. §§ 523, 727. The Court reverses the Bankruptcy Court’s decision and holds that the debtor’s conduct was willful and malicious within the meaning of 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(6), and therefore the debt was non-dischargeable.
Jurisdiction in this Court is proper under 28 U.S.C. § 158.
