MEMORANDUM OPINION

BLACKWELL N. SHELLEY, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter comes before the Court upon the objection of John E. Mitchell, Jr. (“Mitchell”), to confirmation of the Chapter 13 reorganization plan submitted by Herman Andrew Martin (“Martin” or the “Debtor”), filed in this Court on June 2, 1995. Mitchell objects to the Debtor’s plan on several grounds, alleging primarily that the Debtor did not submit his plan in good faith as required by 11 U.S.C. § 1325(a)(3). Mitchell also asserts that the Debtor’s plan does not provide for all of the Debtor’s net disposable income as required by 11…
