Plaintiff Noria Green (“Green”) brings suit against MOBIS Alabama, LLC (“MO-BIS”), asserting claims based on Title VII for sexual harassment, gender discrimination, and retaliation, as well as violations of the Family and Medical Leave Act (“FMLA”) (Doc. # 42).
