*1298This civil action proceeds before the court on Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment. (Doc. 21). In its Motion, Defendant argues that there exist no genuine issues of material fact supporting Plaintiff's claims of hostile work environment and negligent supervision, and therewith Defendant deserves judgment as a matter of law pursuant to the prevailing legal standards governing the claims.
