Plaintiff Visalakshi Malladi, who is of “Asian origin from the Indian Sub-Continent,” 1 brings this lawsuit charging defendant Secretary of Veterans Affairs (hereinafter referred to as the “VA”) with discriminating against her because of her race, sex, and national origin, in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C.A. §§ 1981a, 2000e through 2000e-17, and because of her handicap, in violation of the Rehabilitation Act, 29 U.S.C.A. §§ 791 and 794, and with retaliating against her for engaging in protected…
