Lavern Ross brings this action against Advance America Cash Advance Centers, Inc., and related companies (collectively “Advance America”) pursuant to the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990, 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101 et seq., Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C, §§ 2000e et seq., the Arkansas Civil Rights Act of 1993, Ark.Code Ann. §§ 16-123-101 et seq., 42 U.S.C. § 1981(a), and the common law of-the State of Arkansas.
