Defendants Strictly Goodies, Inc. (“Strictly Goodies”), Ronald Gootkin (“Gootkin”), Good Times Industries, Inc. (“Good Times”), Robert Greenberg (“Greenberg”), and Ernest Williams (“Williams”) have moved pursuant to Fed. R.Civ.P. 56 for an order dismissing the complaint against them.
