MEMORANDUM OPINION
STEPHEN A. STRIPP, Bankruptcy Judge.
This is the court’s decision on a motion by defendant Jayne Bernstein to dismiss the trustee’s complaint for failure to state a claim pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6), made applicable to this adversary proceeding through Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 7012. The trustee opposes the motion. The issue is whether this action is barred by the statute of limitations in the New Jersey Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act.
