I. BACKGROUND
On February 17, 2000, the Debtors filed their respective voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. The Debtors remain as debtors-in-possession pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 1107 and 1108 of the Bankruptcy Code. 1 The Debtors have ceased operations and are currently in the process of liquidating their assets for the benefit of their creditors.
