This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of the defendants-respondents entered at the close of plaintiff-appellant’s case-in-chief on August 26, 1975. Plaintiff Master Plumbers Limited Mutual Insurance Company (Master Plumbers) is a Wisconsin corporation with offices in Milwaukee and licensed by the State of Wisconsin to write worker’s compensation, liability and automobile insurance for plumbing and heating contractors and allied trades.
