This appeal arises out of a post-decree modification awarding sole custody of the parties’ two minor children to Appellant/Cross-Appellee, Kevin Addison (“Kevin”). The Court of Appeals reversed and remanded, concluding that the trial court erred by arbitrarily limiting the time allot ted for the hearing and by refusing to permit the children to testify. Kevin asks this Court to reverse the Court of Appeals’ Opinion and reinstate the trial court’s judgment.
