The central issue in this appeal is whether the parties had the ability to vest the Warren Family Court with jurisdiction to adjudicate the custody of their two minor *451children under Kentucky's Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act ("UCCJEA") by agreeing that Kentucky qualified as the children's home state.
