This case arises from an initial custody determination by the Trigg Circuit Court awarding primary physical custody of the parties’ daughter to the Appellee, Bobby Gene Frances. The Appellant, Maria Regina Frances, claims that the trial court’s findings of fact were clearly erroneous and that the court improperly considered her relocations as a factor in its decision.
