ORDER
ALBRITTON, District Judge.
This cause is before the court for consideration of plaintiffs’ motion for summary judgment filed on January 26, 1992, and defendant Allied Products Corporation’s motion for judgment on the pleadings filed on January 27, 1992. Based on the court’s review of the parties’ submissions on the pending motions, the court finds that the motion for judgment on the pleadings filed by defendant Allied Products Corporation is due to be granted and that plaintiffs’ motion for summary judgment is due to be denied as moot.
