MEMORANDUM

BUCKWALTER, District Judge.

Presently before this Court is a motion for transfer of venue pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a) from the Eastern District of Pennsylvania to the District of Colorado. For the reasons stated below, the motion to transfer is GRANTED.

I. STATEMENT OF FACTS

Plaintiff, a resident of California, designed and marketed a nursing bib under the trademark “Anytime, Anywhere.” She patented the bib through her attorney who also resides in California.
