Plaintiff Hansjoerg Dariz filed suit against Defendants Republic Airline Inc. and Republic Airways Holdings Inc. (collectively, "Republic"), asserting claims of age discrimination in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act1 ("ADEA") and intentional infliction of emotional distress ("IIED") following the termination of his employment.
