Trial of this case was held before the Court. The case involves plaintiff’s claims that defendant owed plaintiff $20,300 for the oral charter hire of plaintiff’s vessel, the NOAH SMITH, and a reasonable attorneys fee under article 2226 of the Revised Civil Statutes of Texas. This case was originally filed in state court and then removed to federal court.
