MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

DeANDA, District Judge.

Pending before the Court are Plaintiffs motion to amend final judgment and Defendant Sea-Land Service, Inc.’s motion for final judgment on mandate. For the following reasons, the Court orders that Plaintiffs motion is denied and Defendant’s motion is granted.

The relevant facts are set forth in the Court’s prior findings of fact and conclusions of law. This is a suit for damage to a varnishing machine sustained during transport from LeHarve, France, to Nuevo Laredo, Mexico. The varnishing machine was packed for transportation, presumably intact, in a…
