Plaintiff Sylvia Santos brings this action pro se against her former employer, GE Capital. 1 Santos alleges that GE unlawfully harassed her and issued her an unfavorable performance evaluation on the basis of her race, in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 29 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq.
