The NLRB petitioned this court to enforce its order requiring that Louis A. Weiss Memorial Hospital (“Weiss” or “the Hospital”) reinstate former employee Barbara Zimmerman because the Board, adopting the ALJ’s opinion, found that the Hospital had committed an unfair labor practice by terminating Zimmerman for union activity.
