*720Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Mangano, Jr., J.), rendered January 27, 2004, convicting him of attempted murder in the second degree, burglary in the first degree (two counts), kidnapping in the first degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial, after a hearing, of that branch at the defendant’s omnibus motion which was to suppress identification testimony.
