HUXMAN, Circuit Judge.

The Oil Well Supply Company, Appellant herein, furnished material and supplies to the Buckeye Consolidated Oil Company, used in drilling an oil and gas well on an eighty acre lease in Cowley County, Kansas. These supplies and materials were furnished during a period of time beginning January 2, 1926 and ending September 8, 1926. Among the material and supplies furnished were certain items of casing and tubing involved in this case.
