This is an appeal from an order granting a motion to construe an original and amended divorce decree and a motion to enter the original decree nunc pro tunc. That portion of the order appealed from which purports to construe the divorce decrees is nonappealable pursuant to NRAP 3A(b)(2) because it did not affect the rights of the parties growing out of final judgment.
