The Department of Transportation (Department) appeals a decision of the Court of Common Pleas of Monroe County which sustained Ronald R. Russos appeal from a six month suspension of his drivers license. We reverse, and reinstate the suspension.

The Department suspended Russos license for six months pursuant to section 1532(b) of the Vehicle Code (Code), 75 Pa. C. S. §1532(b).
