This is an appeal from the judgment of sentence entered following appellant’s conviction for driving while under the influence of alcohol to a degree which rendered him incapable of safe driving. 1 The following issues are presented for our review: (1) whether appellant is entitled to an arrest of judgment because the verdict was against the sufficiency and weight of the evidence; (2) whether appellant is entitled to a new trial because: (a) the Commonwealth failed to produce expert testimony relating appellant’s blood-alcohol level back to the time of the accident, and (b) an…
