Petitioners seek reversal of a circuit court order dismissing their writ of review and affirming orders of respondent Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission which (a) approved the annexation of a 92-acre parcel of land known as Lynnbrook II to the Santa Clara Water District, and Ob) approved the expansion of an adjacent sewer lagoon.
Petitioners, in their first assignment of error, assert that the trial court erred with respect to the approval of the annexation of Lynnbrook II for the reasons that:
