We granted certiorari to review the court of appeals opinion in People v. McCreadie, No. 94CA2187 (Colo.App. May 2, 1996) (not selected for official publication), in which the court of appeals held that on resentencing following a community corrections violation, the sentencing court must determine the amount of good time credit, if any, to which the defendant is entitled. We affirm the judgment of the court of appeals but clarify that the sentencing court should reflect the defendant’s eligibility for time credits on the mittimus consistent with the information reported to the court by the…
