We issued rules to show cause in two original proceedings — Supreme Ct. No. 81SA420, brought by Robert L. Wilhelm, and Supreme Ct. No. 81SA461, brought by Continental Title Company (Continental)— and consolidated these matters for decision. In No. 81SA461 Continental contends that the Denver District Court erred in refusing to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction a complaint and a petition for judicial review, both brought by Wilhelm.
