Judgment herein went for plaintiff quieting her title to the lots in suit. The petition of defendants for a rehearing and the application of Stickney, Jr., for the right to introduce evidence before this court for relief as provided by section 956a of the Code of Civil Procedure, are based upon several specific grounds of error, both of law and fact, and particularly upon the insufficiency of the evidence to justify the finding of the trial court that the defendant Jefferson K. Stickney, Jr., of the firm of Stickney & Stickney, attorneys at law, was guilty of fraud in bringing about the sale…
