SUMMARY ORDER
Plaintiff-Appellants allege that they were defrauded by predatory lenders in connection with their purchase of a three-family home in Brooklyn and that as a result they purchased the home at a grossly inflated price. They appeal from a judgment entered by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York (Glasser, J.) dismissing their claims against the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”), and granting summary judgment to Defendant-Appellee Martin Silver.
