On July 2, 2009, Plaintiff Caroline Mem-non (“Memnon” or “Plaintiff’) filed her Third Amended Complaint against Defendants Clifford Chance U.S. LLP (“Clifford Chance”) and Sullivan & Worcester, LLP (“S & W”) (collectively, “Defendants”) alleging various claims arising out of her separation from her former employer Clifford Chance and her subsequent hiring and termination from S & W.
