This is an action by petition for injunction instituted by plaintiff in the district court for Morrill County, Nebraska, against the three members of a court of condemnation appointed to appraise properties of the plaintiff in and in the vicinity- of Bridgeport, Nebraska, and the mayor, the mem*928bers of the city council, the city clerk, the city treasurer, the city attorney, and the special attorney of the said city of Bridgeport for the purpose of enjoining further proceedings in condemnation of the properties of the plaintiff.
