OPINION
NIX, Chief Judge.
This is an appeal from an order of the Superior Court which reversed in part the trial court’s order which held that the deceased, William Lessner, intended to make a gift inter vivos in the amount of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to the appellant, Birdie L. Rubinson. 382 Pa.Super. 306, 555 A.2d 193. The Superior Court also affirmed in part the order of the trial court which held that a five thousand dollar ($5,000) payment from the decedent to Ms. Rubinson was a gift and not a loan.
